This sticky confetti tape is too adorable for words! I love how it pops against my favorite wrapping paper ever: plain brown paper.
I have a few happy birthday gifts to wrap over the next few weeks... I wonder if I'm crafty enough to pull this off?
Apparently, all you need to create this pretty confetti garnish is double sided tape, a mix of colored tissue paper, a hole punch and (I'm assuming) a pretty powerful vacuum cleaner.
